Since graduating at the top of his law school class, clerking for a judge in the state capitol,
volunteering to work as a staff attorney for a non-profit agency, and starting his own law practice
twenty-two years ago, Attorney Tuck has helped over a thousand injured people and many
families who have lost loved ones recover compensation for auto accidents, truck accidents,
medical malpractice and dangerous premises. Mr. Tuck also spent over a decade helping
prosecute a significant medicare fraud whistleblower claim (qui tam case).
Attorney Tuck gives close, personal attention to each of his clients’ cases and enjoys a reputation
for being a thorough, diligent, zealous advocate.
Attorney Tuck enjoys running, offshore fishing and spending time with Christy, his wife of 30
years, and their daughter, Madeline, who recently graduated from law school.
