Attorney Mark James was born and raised in Darlington, South Carolina, and has built his career serving the community he calls home.
After graduating from law school in 2014, Mark began his career as an assistant public defender in Sumter County. In 2016, he returned to Darlington to practice with an established local firm, and in 2022 he founded James Law Office, LLC.
Today, Mark represents people who have been injured and families who have lost loved ones in car wrecks, premises liability cases, medical malpractice claims, and other serious injury matters. He takes pride in handling each case personally and giving every client the compassionate, zealous advocacy they deserve.
Mark lives in Darlington with his wife and their two young children.
